A ready-made report for your circulation statement

Most publishers in Norway file a circulation statement, the opplagsoppgave, with MBL. The Subscription Average report in the portal gives you the numbers for it.

For each product it shows the average number of paid subscriptions across the period, counted day by day. That is the time-weighted average the MBL rules require. Free subscriptions, such as staff and complimentary ones, are kept out of the paid figures.

The report also has month-end counts for each product, what you billed and gave away in discounts (the inputs for the 15% discount rule), and how many subscriptions were billed at each discount level. Swedish publishers can use it for upplaga audits too.
